    Stage 4 (Years 7 and 8) Years 7 and 8 follow a common course in which a very wide range of subjects are studied (English, Mathematics, Science, Music, Visual Arts, Technology, History, Geography, Physical Education, Personal Development, Health, Sport as well as choice of languages and access to a Talented Student Program. Classes in Years 7 and 8 are formed on the basis of student performance in an entrance exam as well as the submission of portfolios. Stage 5 (Years 9 and 10) Years 9 and 10 study English, Mathematics and Science plus Geography and History and two additional elective subjects chosen from a wide range of subjects. In addition, PD/Health/PE and Sport are a mandatory requirements. Stage 6 (Years 11 and 12) Students are required to study two units of English plus a minimum of ten other units in the Preliminary HSC year. For the HSC, students are required to study a minimum of eight units as well as two units of English. Many Board Developed Subjects are offered in Year Eleven and Year Twelve to cater for the individual needs of students. Many of our students access the Saturday Community Language School to study their own language for the Higher School Certificate. Year Eleven and Year Twelve students are encouraged to study extension courses in subjects such as English, Mathematics, History and some Languages. This ensures the very best options for students as they choose their future careers.

    Vocational Courses are offered with full VETAB Accreditation and are taught by accredited staff. These are Board Developed Courses which include Office Services (Administration), Retail Operations and Hospitality Operations. Only two units of VET courses can be counted towards a UAI.

    Board Endorsed Course such as Ceramics, Photography, Exploring Early Childhood and Video Production are also offered. These are not examined in the HSC.
